On 11th and 12th of April, the Group''''''''s first batch of foremen training camp was officially started. Total of 66 foremen from New Yangzi Shipyard Production Dept. conducted a two-day theoretical training. The theme of the training was “Excellent Team Construction and Ability Improvement”. During the theoretical training, the teachers explained the easy-to-understand and vivid image lessons, and the students enthusiastically spoke and actively interacted and achieved good results.

After two days of warm-up, on April 18th, the first batch of foremen in the training camp put down their heavy work and went to Wuxi Longsi Training Center to carry out the outdoor quality expansion. Let the formen participate in the outreach training is a new measure taken by the Group to strengthen the team building and enhance the unity and cooperation awareness of the foremen.

On 9:30 am 18th April, the foremen arrived at the Longsi Training Center with good spirit. The first training started with the ice-breaking activity. The coach has eliminated the strangeness of each other through several interesting little games, and at the same time, and made everybody ready for the expansion training. As a result, the next expansion project proceeded very smoothly. Dragons take water, cross the power grid, Roman fort, water bamboo... Each of these projects is a seemingly simple and simple game, but they did guide the foremen for better communication, play different roles in the team. Each member of the team shall fulfill their duties and follow the leader and other members. Although the speed of each team''''''''s completion of the game is different, everyone has experienced the encouragement from the team, and feel the power of the team to make everyone break through and overcome various difficulties.

During this whole day activities, everyone worked together, cooperated closely, and completed a series of expansion projects with the theme of “Effective Communication, Achieving Teamwork and Creating 1+1>2 Performance”. Through the completion of these projects, we have further enhanced our sense of solidarity and cooperation, and created a good start for the Group to build an excellent team.
